Will is a Cape Ann native who attended Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon where he earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. Before settling into the construction industry, Will applied himself in a range of occupations from professional sailing to furniture building, and early childhood education. His attention to detail and proven ability to collaborate with clients on projects large and small have earned him a trusted reputation as a hands-on project manager. He credits his success to learning from the best in the industry as well as the deep subcontractor relationships that he has developed over last 10 years. Will lives on the Essex River with his young family and can be found somewhere in, on, or around the water.
